This Privacy Policy explains how CPSH INDUSTRY, trading as Tiny Dreamers ("we", "us"), collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit or buy from tinydreamers.shop (the "Site"). Because our company is established in the European Union, we process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We also respect the privacy rights granted by US state laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA).

1. Who is responsible for your data

2. Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, order details, and messages you send us.
  • Payment information: payments are processed by Shopify Payments, PayPal and other payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and how you interact with the Site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Our products are for babies, but our Site is intended for adults (parents and gift-givers) aged 18 and over.

3. How we use your information and legal bases

  • To process and ship your order, send order updates and handle returns — necessary to perform our contract with you.
  • To answer your questions — necessary to perform our contract or our legitimate interest in providing good customer service.
  • To prevent fraud and secure the Site — our legitimate interest and legal obligations.
  • To send marketing emails (only if you subscribed) — your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
  • To measure and improve our advertising (for example through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API) — your consent where required by law.
  • To keep accounting and tax records — legal obligation.

4. Who we share your information with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business, under contracts that require them to protect it:

  • Shopify (e-commerce platform and hosting)
  • Payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
  • Shipping carriers and fulfillment partners (to deliver your order)
  • Email and customer service tools
  • Advertising and analytics partners (such as Meta Platforms and Google)

We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing data with advertising partners for targeted ads may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" under some US state laws — you can opt out at any time (see section 7).

5. International transfers

We are based in the European Union and our customers and several of our service providers are in the United States and other countries. When personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep order and accounting records for as long as required by law (generally up to 10 years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.

  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete your information;
  • receive a copy of your information in a portable format;
  • object to or restrict certain uses, and withdraw your consent at any time;

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as a request to opt out. EU residents may also lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority (in France: the CNIL).

We use cookies that are necessary for the Site to work (cart, checkout, security) and, with your consent where required, cookies for analytics and advertising. You can manage your preferences through the cookie banner and your browser settings.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and PCI-DSS compliant payment processing. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed.
