Refund policy
We want you and your little one to love your Tiny Dreamers order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Free 30-day returns
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange, as long as it is:
- unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached;
- free from stains, odors and pet hair;
- returned in its original packaging if possible.
For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned unless they are defective.
How to start a return
- Email support@tinydreamers.shop with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm.
Return shipping
Returns are free. Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label, or reimburse your tracked return shipping cost on presentation of the receipt. Exchanges for a different size are free too — just tell us which size you need.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the item was defective or we made a mistake.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or a full refund — you won't need to send the item back in most cases.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible.
