These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to every purchase made on tinydreamers.shop (the "Site"), operated by CPSH INDUSTRY, trading as Tiny Dreamers, 18 rue de la République, 75011 Paris, France ("we", "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order.

2. Products

We do our best to show our products accurately. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, and small variations in prints and embroidery are normal. Please check our Size Guide before ordering. Please read the safety and care information on each product page and on the product label.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices do not include import duties or taxes that may be charged by US customs on delivery; in most cases none apply. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an obviously incorrect price; if we do, you will be fully refunded.

4. Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, stock unavailability or an error on the Site; in that case you will be refunded in full.

5. Shipping

Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy. If we cannot ship your order within the time we stated, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel for a full refund.

6. Returns and refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy is part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or a defective product, or your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Disputes

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first at support@tinydreamers.shop — most issues are solved quickly this way. These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force on the date of your order applies to that order.
