Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time and cost

*Delivery times are estimates from the day your order ships and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen during holidays or because of the carrier.
Duties and taxes
Your order ships from our partner warehouse. In most cases no extra fees are charged on delivery. If US customs applies import duties or taxes, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost, late or damaged packages
- If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
- If your package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or a full refund.
- If your item arrives damaged, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
